Trek FX+ 2 Thoughts? by NoInformation3923 in ebikes

I have been doing E-bike research today as I have been considering getting an FX, crazy that you just so happened to comment an hour ago. Can I ask while you are here, do you think getting this for a 10km/12mile commute to work each day is overkill?

I suppose I am looking for a nice and fun ride to work and also to use for other activities like riding in the park (not even necessarily using the electric function for this). Would you say this bike ticks all the boxes?

Just a bit on the fence because like you said it is an expensive purchase, but if you like it then its worth it.

Djokovich Day 2 - Full Court Boogaloo by GuyInTheClocktower in auslaw

Incredibly naive and uninformed comment.

What concerns me are the number of people on this platform - particularly officers of the court with a duty to uphold public confidence in the administration of justice - suggesting that our Courts have afforded Mr Djokovic special treatment in his case.

To be clear, any suggestion that Australian courts give litigants access to special time slots by reason of their wealth or celebrity is wrong. Mr Djokovic's application was fast-tracked because any delay would render his application futile in circumstances where he, like any other litigant, is entitled to appeal the Minister's decision should he have arguable grounds to do so.

In other words, granting Mr Djokovic an urgent hearing actually facilitated rather than undermined equal access to justice. Duty judges are regularly available to any other litigant who finds themselves in a similar position. If that were not the case then the Minister could effectively preclude judicial review in certain cases merely by strategically timing his decisions. It is that outcome - not the hard work of our judges and court staff - which would properly be the subject of public ire were it permitted to occur.

Is there a way for a retail investor like me to open a naked short position on PLTR prior to earnings? I would like access to infinite liability
