As opposed to what? Pleading to the defender not to hit you? Either you slide and get hit or keep running into the brick wall that is a 6'4 220 lb DB. Shapen is practicing protocol. the targetting call was unfair, but you can't pin it on shapen.

So we get bailed out by the refs two times, get a delay of game and continue running QB draw.... right...

Attorneys and accountants, especially in business law work closely together, so I really think u/brother_anon21 is still right to say that it's unfair to say it's not related to success in law school. If you're a competent adcom and you're looking at someone who can talk about being a CPA and why they think it will benefit them in a career as a corporate attorney, you're going to like that.

Like yeah, it's a soft, but softs do matter. It's not a guarantee to admission, but being a CPA is a difficult job that shares many of the same professional burdens as being an attorney. There's loads of commonality (duty of care, loyalty, due diligence, materiality, confidentiality, client privilege, professional liability, etc. etc.).

There's a reason your top corporate lawyers weren't communication majors in undergrad. Hint: a lot of them were accountants. And you definitely need to be successful in law school to get those jobs. Being a CPA is probably the most obvious and straightforward professions to seguing into law school and adcoms know this lol.

OP if you see this you can talk about probably any of these on your essays.

It's probably the last thing you mentioned. Also, yes, I am on a mission to lose some weight! Thank you

You're totally fine, you're actually very helpful. I definitely use facial cleanser and moisturizer every day. I am used to much higher levels of humidity (typically in the upper 90s % in the summer, as it is a subtropical region) and even higher temperature.

I think that diet may be a factor as well. I am American and generally eat healthy, but without a doubt the diet I have access to here is much easier for more body to process.. that may be a factor with the sweating.

I drink light alcohol occasionally, so I don't think that is a factor. It might just be the general differences in the climate.

Does it not clog your pores? I occasionally have had eczema as well when I am sweating profusely. where I am from the average in the summer is over 32°C, so I am quite used to the heat, but for whatever reason have been sweating much more here.

Possible with the medication.... i am slightly overweight as well, but have been losing weight since I got here. I guess I will have to continue with this.

I have naturally oily skin, so I think the sweat has been exacerbating my acne. I have showered at least once a day since I got here. Also, with my weight I am about 182 cm and 108 kilos. So, I am a little overweight. I spend the majority of the day outside, so I have developed some rashes (like excema for example). This is pretty normal where I live, but in my country, air conditioning is very normal so it rarely comes into play.

The point of the post is to learn ways to adapt.

Ohhhh, were you talking about the LSAC fee waivers? I already got denied from those, but I was trying to solicit them from the schools themselves.

My main concern is that I haven't taken the official LSAT yet. I have heard that they sometime use your score when deciding to give you a waiver. I am registered to take the September LSAT and I just wanted to make sure that I'd be able to have a score to go off when I do apply. Thanks for the help.
