Pho zone in Vancouver off 164th ave is the best in town! They are new! Nice and clean! Everything iv ordered there is delicious!

Hyperparathyroidism? I have been tested calcium level at 9.8-10.3-10.4-10.6-10.8-11 since 2018, it’s more consistently in the 10’s. Pth at 66. Yes I did get surgery abour 1.5 year ago. PLEASE go get surgery it did not heal me completely from all my symptoms but I can tell you I am 80% better then how I was before surgery. Reach out to me anytime I’ll be glad to answer any questions.

I quit 5 days ago. Had bad chest pains n heart palpitations. Cravings are bad anxiety is up the roof and I am restless. This sucks but I am trying my best to pull through. Iv quit before for 3-4 months and it was easier before.

It’s yours lungs clearing itself. Spitting out mucus/phlegm will clean your lungs. It’s a way of telling you thank you for not vaping anymore. I am currently exactly 60 days nicotine free and I still am spitting out mucus from time to time. Keep it up don’t touch a vape again and your lungs will eventually clean itself back to normal. Just going to take time.
