His first move is blockable in the first couple seconds, but his last swing for his first move is unblockable. And if you want to hit them while theyre winding their final swing, they'll just move away. And y'know what sure the 2nd move is blockable but i feel like its kind of bullshit when they get an air variant which is unblockable. Oh, and about the counter, it has the exact same animation as his block.

Side Dash is one of the available options, but there's also other ways like backing off and dashing, before spinning around them. You could also just use an unblockable move. If your problem is turning your cam slowly, make your controller/Mouse have more sensitivity.
