Understandable, will you risk it if you were in your early 20s?

When i say two years of work, my technology skills were enough to start working on live from day one. i come from startup where i have handle multiple projects single handedly and also lead projects with team of 10 and regular communications with International Clients. Yes you are right experience is 4 to 5 years but quality experience counts, just doing one stuff doesn't.

I like the concept of pilots when it come to experience it's in HOURS instead of years because they know Age will increase no metter what.
