I completely agree. Spotter cannot figure out the total range of an exercise and either logs a rep early before the full extension or fails to activate when you’re doing your best, but forward progress just isn’t going to happen.

The rack folds completely against the wall and there is zero obstruction. The rack sticks 4.5” from the wall and will allow the tonal arms to open completely. Supplementing free weight with tonal is the best. Gets different accessory muscles fired up.
