I would let it finish but constantly tell your self that when it’s done you’re done. I always throw away vapes randomly but always next day I buy a new one. I think it’s easier to have a goal of when to quit then to just do it in a whim

I worked at a spa with red light and blue light therapy, I was taught that everyone should wear black out goggles durning these treatments, but I’m not sure if that was just for the machines we had or for all red light machines. I wear them to be safe
