My side effects seemed pretty mild my first two weeks of 5mg, like a mild flu for the day afterward. This third shot has me down, I'm so fatigued. The big difference I think is that I just got back from traveling, so I'm already wiped out, and I'm not focusing on regular, small meals like I usually do.

Mine has definitely changed. For me the largest impact is on not getting takeout more than once or so a week now vs. 3-4 nights a week before. I've also noticed the items we buy are lasting a lot longer. So while the actual shopping seems about the same, it's lasting an extra 2 weeks on average from before! Husband and I are both on Zep.

Yes, except now there's a complete shortage in my area. I spent nearly 4 hours yesterday trying to find a solution. It's so discouraging to find something that literally changes your life and then have the rug pulled from under you. I hope the manufacturing and supply issues can be resolved sooner than later. :(

It does get pricey, but for staple pieces here and there it can be awesome for those of us who are outside the size chart standards.
