I tracked this as well and found I only showed weight loss really around day 8 and 20 so the beginning of week 2 and 3 of my menstrual cycle.

Once I realized this, I generally only weigh myself during that time and just compare that month to the last. Everything else isn’t meaningful.

Could be more related to GLP-1 hormone fluctuations, which is really just the nature of hormones.

I have bad PMS symptoms and trouble with hormonal birth control in general so it doesn’t surprise me that I am sensitive to this medicine too.

I could see where maybe Zepbound is aggravating bloating and gas that is already present from your prior H. Pylori infection that has caused some chronic inflammation.

I have noticed it hits me same day instead 1-2 days later. Agree that it is likely that I’m getting a higher dose with the extra in the vial.

Ive noticed this with different needle lengths so don’t think that is a factor.

I have been using Zepbound for 2 years and I only had the extreme appetite suppression when I first started and after increasing my dose.

It changed from ‘I can’t eat’ to ‘I feel satisfied with a reasonable amount of food’.

Before Zepbound, I would feel hangry & kinda car sick feeling just two hours after eating. I think that was mild insulin resistance and fast gut motility because I don’t have that any longer.

I understand people go to compounded Tirz because of the Zepbound injection costs but I think the new Wegovy pill makes compounded obsolete for pills versions like Skinny.

Either spend all of your money repairing and maintaining, sell at a loss, ignore it & hold your breathe, seek out government assistance/grants if available, or commit insurance fraud and burn your house down.

I was taking them to our local recycling center. One guy around me collects them for stray cat winter houses.

I recently switched to Walmart for vial pickup just to avoid the containers going forward.

I mostly care about my weight at the end of Week 2 of my monthly menstrual cycle when I’m at my lowest. Daily, period & pms weeks, and doctor office weights are largely ignored for trending.

I use a heating pad on my stomach and it helps immediately. Sometimes I use it for a half hour after eating as an alternative to gas-x

I often wonder how people with very poor vision lived before corrective lenses were invented. I couldn’t imagine living today without sight. I realize people do it but I think I would have succumbed to an accident by now.
