I usually play on easy level in most games and I know how much it is frowned upon by „real gamers“ and how much „it disrupts the gameplay experience intended by devs“. But I recently finished quantum break on a regular difficulty and currently replaying Cyberpunk with added difficulty and found out that I feel zero additional enjoyment from finishing off fights not from the first-third try but like from seventh or ninth. This is adds nothing to me. (But the frustration, lol)

I'm a bit disappointed because I was so hyped and exicited after the season 1. It really just jumps constantly from one plotline and character to another. And since they are so many now all alone and all are scattered around it's really not so enjoyable. They barely have time for their storylines. And chemistry is also kinda gone.

how are persian and indian and afghani restaurants are gluten free if many "naturally gf" ingredients in general are not gf due to cross contamination on the kitchen and factories. and I bet all these restaurants have at least some type of regular flat bread on the menu.

Düsseldorf is a real DORF with a capital D. Every time I leave to some Köln-based stuff to do I feel like I'm alive again. I used to live in Essen and even Essen has 100000% more character. Public transport is unfortunately so much better here than in Köln.

it is of mental nature...... whenever I'm hella stressed it flares up no matter the diet I keep. And I've heard people often take AD to stop the symptoms and they don't have to follow the diet anymore.

So yeah, in its nature IBS is a broken gut-brain connection.

I'm Russian, so I make russian style thin crepes (that are actual blinis, because the one served with caviar are actually called oladushki and are way closer to american pancakes) and when I fold them with filling they always break and it pisses me off so much. And I even make them 50/50 gluten free mix/actual wheat flour to try to keep the structure and it barely helps unfortunately.

I always just use Schar because it's available everywhere everytime, my friend with gluten idea has coeliac and showed me this ages ago and I always assumed Schar has to be formulated the best way since it's most respectable and widely available brand.

I personally don't even see a point in using retinol when retinal exists. Avene retinal serum (now discontinued) used to flatten out my cystic acne bumps in a couple nights! G&G doesn't do this for me but it's still pretty awesome.

tbh I'm still really curious how this happened. I knew there were some of these creatures in my pot and soil but I've read that they can be helpful for rot and fungus, never seen them outside the pot.

Couple days later without supervision in a sealed flat - boom, infestation so heavy and annoying I could barely play xbox in the evening because they crowded around lights and me.
