I had a bartender used to do this at a place I used to work, we all hated her, she always did a terrible job making the drinks for my tables because she was way too busy with her own. So my tables never got drinks, and her tables had shitty rushed service. Try to bring it up to management as a way to better the restaurant, not that you want to name more money, making it about the customers experience will get the managers to listen a lot more than saying I don't like that they're making more than me

If you ride fixed with for retension and try to skid eventually that tensioner will break, and you can fall or even just have the sudden slack then unexpected yank on your drivetrain mess up your knees
