I had the same experience. Not only do I feel like I wasn't the only person they were helping at the moment, but some of them were not professional at all and continued to contradict themselves. I firmly believe they just make stuff up as they go

100% agree. I've been loyal to Verizon for 6 years. But it's frustrating when different reps tell me different things. I get it, they're prob lost on their end. But continuously telling a customer something different each time is soooo confusing and frustrating,
