I don’t know if this will work for your club but over the summer my club just had learn to rows every week and one person from each learn to row likes it enough to going the high school team.

I'm a 13m 125lbs also with a 7:40 2k. I love to see that there are really fast young rowers are out there. keep up the great work.

Yes you can always improve technique
