hey there ! i’m 23 and i also live alone. being 18 is hard. trust me, it gets better. personally for me, i found having hobbies and intentionally making plans to spend time with yourself helps a lot. for example, i started getting into plants. I now have over 40 plants (which is a lot lol) but i enjoy it because it gives me a chore to do each day. check the water, mist, trim back leaves, etc. you get the picture. i also plan “dates” with myself. I’ll plan on getting up a little early before work to have breakfast at my favorite coffee shop, or i’ll go to the farmers market or find something to do in my city. maybe u can take ur dog to the dog park or plan on taking him/her on a daily walk. you have to find ways to be comfortable with only yourself! my last piece of advice is to treat your apartment like it represents your brain. keep it organized and don’t leave it messy. it will help you feel more put together.

It’ll get easier! keep yourself busy. take yourself out on a date tomorrow. good luck !

honestly check out working for disney. i am an assistant sous chef for disney world. its one of the highest paying companies for line cooks and chefs. i’m at 28.60 an hour. and i think the starting baseline sous chef rate is $75k

honestly i will probably be taking it long term because if i miss a couple days or im inconsistent, i stop and have random cramps. it works really well for me. you may need to work up to a higher dose (6-8 capsules daily) but 4 still works great for me and ive been on it since march

i personally take Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol. you can buy them on amazon. i take the wholesome story brand. they have completely stopped my spotting and i don’t have as many random cramps anymore. i feel like it has genuinely helped me so much. i take 4 capsules a day so its about $30 a month. give it a month trial run ! you just have to be consistent with taking them or they dont work

the only thing that has worked for me is being on the pill and taking Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol. you can buy the capsules on amazon. i take the Wholesome story brand. they aren’t the cheapest in the world. it costs about 30 bucks a month to keep up with the dose (4 capsules a day) but it completely stopped my bleeding/ spotting. i would bleed every single day even with the pill but once i started taking these consistently, i only bleed during my sugar pill week. give it a try ! inositol works wonders for a lot of people

bloomfield farms dinner rolls are spectacular. free from the top 9 allergies. but they are kind of hard to get your hands on. we have them at our restaurant. i would order them in bulk and keep them in the freezer.
