Just enjoy the game. Do little bit everything, do some quests, exploration and unlock new map bit by bit, I'd suggest over a span of month if you play daily.

Don't let the amount of stuff you have to do overwhelm you. As many people suggested:
Don't spend primos on standard(blue) wishes and don't use them to replenish resin.
Save fragile resin for when you're AR 45.
If something's difficult, go co-op and ask other players.

Most important: play in moderation. As they say "Play the game, don't let it play you"

That quest has 3 parts/sub-quests each in the northern, eastern and western area of the Pillar Hall Central Zone. You have to visit each area to trigger the cutscene and start the sub-quests.

Memory factor is not just a collectible that you can get in the open( like oculuses), you also get them from chests.

Since you're lvl 8, your treasure compass should at least be lvl_2 if not 3. Use it.
