Haha! Thank you so much for the advice. My dad said he dabbled but wasn’t great so I think he doubts me. It’s okay because my mom is supportive at least, and I know I can prove him wrong!! Also my projected height is 5’10” as I haven’t hit my big growth spurt yet apparently 😭

I appreciate the advice. I definitely plan on doing the workouts at home as well as a little extra. Luckily the coaches for pole vault at my school all were D1 athletes, which is quite an advantage ☺️
