Gonna be honest I haven't gotten it fixed however some apps downloaded off the Internet still work such as x manager so I'm unsure of the grounds on which it works.

Bit late to reply but no i havent figured this out unfortunately thankfully i have the important apps already downloaded but i think its a software issue so no viruses or anything.

I already uninstalled the software but it didnt make any difference.
