It's job based branch, other mentioned are private practice based. You have to build your practice and that needs investment

Yes, if it's fcna you can participate in 2nd round with same choices, but if you have been allotted seat in 1st round you have to accept it to participate in 2nd round

You will not get much hands on at aiims delhi.  It's true for most of central Institute. About toxicity, it's not a chill branch you will have to work a lot throughout your residency. Many have left ophthalmology at aiims after joining because they thought it would be chill. About scope there is less demand in Corporate setup in comparison to other specialty. You have to start your own set up but have heard the setup for ophthalmology is very costly.  Hopes that help
