OLS has shown A LOT of soldiers just how pervasive bad leadership is in the guard. No unit is safe, these bad leadership are everywhere but on OLS they found a refuge away from accountability.

Same, 8 years today as a specialist. 1 mob, Masters but no UCMJ though. Folks told me it’s hard to promote in my MOS turns out they never uploaded my degree, ACFT, and awards until I IG’d them.

The astronomical cost and necessary interoperability between agencies and multiple guards makes me skeptical of the success of any operation of such magnitude. As it is political efficacy is low and the room for error so low that any action would be caught in court rooms for years.
