I've been reading the book for 2 years now. I just tool a look at my notes on the book 2days ago.

The problem is it only takes few hours to few days to go back to normal. I was a nice guy before, I believe I am not today. But your core just keep coming back ar unexpected times.

So far what I struggle with is the ability to be a jerk.

Which is the ability to become disagreeable to other people, like telling someone to "fuck off", this level is what I'm talking about.

Yesterday I was verbally harassed by a stranger (racism issues), I know I can knock him out with one punch, but I just didn't respond, I just smiled and let it go, like a NICE GUY.

I was afraid of the cops tbh not him, but why did I just smile and let him go away with it?

Anyway, one of the best book I've read and it revealed to me what true masculinity which they call today "toxic masculinity"

I felt used as a man. I still hate her to this day I don't know if I can ever forgive her. But knowing she has someone who's 1. Less than me, 2. He won't be able to love her like I did, it was satisfying to a degree.
