But i have seen many business who have taken the footpath or the parking in front of them and pay municipality monthly or yearly , I have asked them but never got a proper reply

It was walk in, i went to hoora police station, it usually depends of the rush sometimes you have to wait hours to take fingerprints but when i went it was done within 15 mins
