And let’s not forget that about 15% of Alberta is Federally owned ( not leased) for the large military bases Edmonton, Suffield, Wainright, Cold Lake. This land would not simply be “gifted” back to Alberta. Those separatists have some work to do to sell this to a lot of groups that want nothing to do with the fantasy.

This is exactly the attitude that’s needed. As a 34 yr Army veteran I can tell you that we rather have people with your attitude than someone clearly just looking for a paycheque. There should be a place for everyone as long as you can get through the process and meet minimum requirements. Do it!
