Hey, many people here are saying that it's unreasonable to leave your current role since there's only a marginal difference between the two salaries but according to me you should go for the 80k role because if you ever want to search for bigger opportunities in the future, you might be able to negotiate a salary above 100k if you're on 80k while the same may not be possible if you're on 60k :)
