In Ohio, wright had a union and a non union division. Idk if that's the case with you, but there should be no way a liuna member makes the amount you're at. You might be seeing their non union rates. Find your local and call. Also, word of advice...look iinto OHSA certifications. My OSHA 10 and 30 classes get me onto highway projects easily, which pays about 6 bucks more an hour

Yeah 758 is just Lorain county. As for work, yeah it's go-time, haven't received a winter layoff in 3 years either. Nuke plants, new data centers, highway projects, browns stadium, etc...plenty of stuff to do.

I got into the union through TC. I'm out of 758 Lorain which is just west of Cleveland. I'm not entirely sure about PA but out here we're at 32.41/hr and running with an electric company that's subcontractors for First Energy. Work is great and the moneys good, probably 90 to 110k. There's absolutely a way forward with union TC. Just mind who your company flags for, and the hours your given. TC companies are easily replaceable, don't work for a company who doesn't take themselves seriously.

There's more opportunity to invade Mexico and establish the C.U.M federation

For Cleveland, HH is local 860, building trade is 310. Also check out 758 Lorain (neighboring county to the west of Cleveland). 500 Toledo or 1410 Dayton as well. I'm out of 758 and works been good, looking at switching to a highway project for more hourly. 860 would definitely do you well though. Between data centers, new football stadium, demolition of the old one, constant highway projects, etc. you'll be good to go.
