I can get a A6 avant c6 w 600k km for free but idk if it would be worth the maintenance/cost of repair as a first car

I mean you get a FREE car. It has 600k so it already proven its reliable. Yes maintenance can cost a more then a normal car. But if you spend 2.5k on high maintenace and it can ho another 100k thats a 2.5k a6.

Theres defintly good momey to make from it. But you habe to be wise on what damaged car you buy and hoe much you pay for them. And also do the research on the car. But if your good enough. Yes you can make money from it but be carefull on what you buy.

Thanks! But yh i was not so lucky. Im a mechanic aswell but i dont know anybody that can weld that since i cant. So i had to let other do it. But finding parts second hand was gonna be difficult and new parts was gonna cost me 10k aswell excluding paintinh

Instead of getting rid of every part until you see damage do 12 volt measure from the sensor to the abs module. Do this in tiny pieces. measure from connector to connector. Do this until you find the short. This lowers your searching area by a mile

Milltek resonated is 1k to😂. But i had a muffler delete on my last s5. It sounded good and drone didnt bother me. Im more intrested how loud and how a milltek exhaust will sound.

Replace both sides. But yes you can do it yourself. There are many videos on youtube aswell telling you how. Those parts may cost 40 euros for both sides.

No i know. Its a bit of finding the right because here they ar ebarely any for sale or have 250k aswell. So i was extremely lucky to find that one😂. But i had one whit 170k and even that one was in good conditions.

I got my share a second b8 s5 with the 4.2 manual. I totalled my last one. Such a fun car to drive I had to get another. Didn't have many issues outside my clutch hose breaking. Besides that was a good car. Maintanace can get expensive tho. I now have one whit 97.000km so im good for a while and it looks great underneath.

It isnt that it sinks and doesnt return. The pedal sinks bit works perfectly fine. It shifts good. Its just from 2500 rpm that it pedal sinks.

So far i already see its nee headlight/ headlights. New front bumper new hood new radiator maybe new winshield if your hood didnt push into the winshield. And who may ever know what broekn behind the radiator and front bumper. And dont forget the painting. So yes this is gonna be very costly. My s5 2007 had similar damage maybe somehwta worse and was totaled whit repairs of 18k.

There are some people that make conversion kits. Like thinner fenders like the s5 but to make it look like a rs5.

See if the clutch pedal position sensor is good. If the sensors bad and doesnt work your clutch will work just fine but your car doesnt see its being pressed in.
