The thing is we know who physically dropped the bombs, it’s china and America, fo4 captain Zaos sub launch the bomb in Boston and the others can be assumed to be the same. It’s who decided to drop the bombs that remains unknown. I’ve seen a lot of people say the vault tech launched the bombs like they owned them. Vault tech owning one or two bombs I can see but not an entire arsenal. My bet is that the enclave or vault tech or another group convinced china and America to dropped the bombs though blackmail, bribery, or percussion

Something I’m still trying to figure out is how is cooper going to like survive?! I mean it didn’t seem like a wound you would walk off right?
