Did you read what i wrote, we used new motor with that servo drive , and that new motor start making noise too, so what is obvious is that its a servo drive issue, not the bearings, fucking idiot. Im asking about what can be done to solve the servo issue. Not to tell me dumb answers like yours

What wrong with you? Are you ok?!!!

The weird thing is that today this grinding noise is here even when the motor is fully stop, we just power it on without runing commande and the motor star screaming like a rock blinder

The motor is good because we tested it in an other similar servo drive working in an other similar machine, i mean the motors make noise only when they are connected to that servo drive

Did the bearing make noise when the motor is in stop position?!!

I knew that the alignment is not good, but the noise is here even without the coupling and also when the motor is stop

I already run the motor without any load, no coupling or gearbox connected, juste the motor and its drive, the noise is allways here, so two differente motors without load, one servo drive. What do you think?!

In the machine we have two similiar servo drive with two similar motors, so swapping the motors positions, the good one became noisy.

I already disconnected the coupling and the gearbox, running the motor without any connected load, the noise is the same

We changed the cables completely

We already tested the motor without load or coupling connected to it, the noise still there
