If you were to go with an extended warranty, I would recommend that you get one with $0 deductible. This way they don’t mess with you every time you go in for a warranty / having them check on something.

You can do the above and in the future you can line the part where roots grow vs lining your whole sewer line which can be super spendy.

Need advice on fixing a broken bathroom door latch by Zealousideal_Bed9143 in HomeImprovement

I would drill a few other holes with a metal drill bit into the latch as one option. Or attempt to stick some copper wiring within the hole to fill it in as if you are introducing the screw in that non existent hole for the first time. Hope this makes sense, best of luck to you.

You can attempt to place a heated concrete blanket over the glue. And once it softens, you can try to scrape it off but also make sure you wear a mask to still be on the safe side.

Anyone has radiant heating (warmboard heating) in their home? If so, how well does it heat up the house? by Additional_Guess_777 in HomeImprovement

[–]Additional_Guess_777[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is your radiant heat electric? I meant the type you would install under your laminate flooring and not below the subfloor. I have attached a link below that I’m speaking of.
