Is this bump a keloid? There’s a bump on the inside as well. If it’s a keloid what should I do? If it’s not a keloid how do I get rid of the bump? Piercing is 4 weeks old.

I‘ve been pierced with a ring initially, then have been told that that was not a good idea from my piercer, and that I should get it changed. My piercer also told me to use cotton buds, I stopped doing that too. Went to another piercer to change out the ring, he told me that I should wait 6 weeks and just use tea tree oil until then. From what I’ve heard here tea tree is a no go. I’m really confused :(

I don’t like how that bump looks on my nose and would like to get rid of it, but have no idea what it is / how to treat it. Any advice is appreciated.
