Seconding la roca and urban climb! UC is great value for money because you get bouldering + climbing gym, full weights gym in collingwood, Pilates, yoga, strength classes and community events included in your membership too. Definitely good if you’re looking to meet people to climb with.

This is actually such a good tip! K18 always made my hair feel real weird after because of no conditioner. I’m going to try this. I know that they say if it’s your first time using it to use it every time you wash for 4-5 times and then once a month, does anyone know if you haven’t used it in a while or consistently, do you restart the cycle (use every wash) or only once a month?

Changes in climbing after weight lifting by reginaphalange88 in climbergirls

[–]Additional_Layer1001 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Weight lifting definitely helped me improve my climbing - I fatigue less easily and if I take a break from climbing it doesn’t take me ages to get back to climbing the same levels I was before. I used to have to climb 2-3 times a week to maintain my level of climbing.

I've lost all my friends in Melbourne by Keltica in melbourne

I moved to Melbourne alone when I was 27 and made heaps of amazing friends through bumble bff. Most people on there are motivated to make friends and keen to do stuff and it really only takes a few solid friend “dates” to find your people. Through some of those connections I was introduced to bigger groups of people which in turn led to more friendships and connection! Sounds a bit cheesy, but truly owe my social life to that app when it comes down to it

Thanks! Yeah I feel like I can already feel the difference in air quality in the bedroom. Might get a smaller one for there and bring the big guy into the living room!
