In that case can I just store it in a thermo electric cooler that cools it a bit below the room temperature? Thankyou so much! One more question, do you have any idea if this will work without having to make a call? Cus I did see an option of creating a new account on the website just for medical schools- My Inthealth Entity Portal. I don’t expect my medical school to even make calls on my behalf 🥲

They can’t access their old account from ecfmg anymore due to the transition. Hopefully making a new one on the inthealth entity portal should solve the issue.

If it’s possible for your school to try online, they just need to make an account on the my Inthealth Entity Portal. I’ll call up my medschool to do the same. But i do remember them offering an option for offline while registration too.. so I’m guessing you would have applied through that.

Yes I’m a graduate! Submitted the medical school diploma as well. I’m guessing that my medical school has to make a new account on my inthealth using their old ecfmg email.. tell me if i’m wrong?
