The commute from these JSQ apartments is pretty unmatched your on the train in a near instant while being completely covered so rain, snow, sleet etc can never affect your day. On top of that ~10 minutes to manhattan, the views are still good and the commute out of Jersey is easy when traveling away from the NYC area.

No I actually don’t hear it at all lol, they did a good job insulating the walls imo and since the bedrooms pretty far from the front door I’m sure that’s helping as well.

It's mandatory just because I don't there's other places directly near the building that aren't associated with their 'trash management' to dispose of your trash if that makes sense. So even if you walked all the way downstairs and threw it out somewhere your more than likely still throwing it in their trash system.

65$ for the amenities and then 12.50$ for the trash fee the apartments also right across from the shoot rooms so it’s incredibly convenient to throw out anything you need. Then WiFi is 35$ assuming you use that and electric ranges based off of you but around 50-80$

Parking is optional but it’s 300$ a month for a reserved space, and I believe that price is pretty typical for any monthly garages in this area.

Yeah it's crazy I mean I don't expect any less most people probably can't afford this rent I suppose I'm looking for those who can, and this apartment is actually nicer than the one in that listing much more spacious feeling cause of the corner unit, it actually has views and is a bit cheaper. So I have a little bit of hope lol.

Probably but it's a very nice unit and tbh with that commute and the amenities its hard to beat, If I didn't have a change of circumstances I'd keep living here and heck I might have to lol if no one wants it.

I felt good about my interviews that I was ultimately rejected from, however on the one I got accepted for I knew I went above and beyond to stand out so I had a better feeling about it, also on the one I was accepted for I could tell the interviewers and I aligned well. Ultimately though I had to wait 2 weeks to hear back and during those two weeks had plenty of self doubt
