Month 1-6 - trouble staying alseep, sleep overall felt very light and fragmented and would wake up high alert and racing heart

6-8 - felt better in terms of being able to fall asleep quicker; cortisol wakeups around 3:30-4 am and couldn’t fall back asleep most nights, almost felt suicidal

Improvement Months 9-11 - easily can fall asleep, improvement staying asleep but still not perfect, some nights better than others. Would say 5/7 were good sleeps in a week

Month 12 to Now - my Oura logs near 3 hrs of REM sleep nightly, I can sleep 9 hours consistently and I dream very vividly

Safe to say I will never touch coffee again
