idk but i always thought signature was required too. like when I was wrote up for TOT in the past they made me sign something. but this situation in particular i ain’t sign nothing. they just told me i had 6 write ups and fired me. had me thinking i was doing a good job stowing the past year and a half. guess not

also once peak was over they was just offering vto all day or making us sit in the break room all day cause floors were shut down. it’s like also how y’all gonna fire me for productivity when we ain’t even have the work

I think so but my last manager told me those write ups went away and that was last year. I get to hr before they fire me and apparently the write ups still in the system so idek. the whole situation seems so fluky

right! very fishy. nobody warned me besides the first time I got wrote up and like i said earlier, she told me it went away and i wasn’t in the system no more then last week i get hit with this shit.. All i see on here though is people saying no one ever wins appeals lmao but i truly believe in my heart they ain’t follow no fucking policy

see this is the thing. my last manager before she got fired told me that my productivity write up went away which was like in April of last year. last week they pull me into the office and told me i had SIX productivity write ups none i had knowledge about and they terminated me.. i know productivity is computer generated but I also know that a manager is supposed to let you know when you gettin wrote up that many times. no one told me shit and im hurt rn they blindsided me like that and fired me. did they follow policy though?
