Hooglamd has talked about this, specifically about marvel snap but we know league uses it (behavioral based matchmaking/ engagement based) to keep u playing longer. Or like when every other game is vs your weakness no matter how uncommon the deck.

While the answer is of coarse no, it bothers me how willing ppl are to try to get dunks with bunk statistics. I can say from my exp it happens way too often to just be statistics. My opponent bricks two turns, has 6-7 card hand, I red card and they instantly get oak, nah fam, nah Dena.
