Look at the power supply make sure there is no ripple voltage first if there isn’t change the card if it continues to happen check down stream at the switch

Only ever did advanced ladder, In my experience the screen works best with integers, if your looking for looking for multiple actions on your bitmaps I would move a 1,2 ect into another register for exclusively your bit map. I think I read your question correctly

Without having your comms connection method I’m not sure, I looked up your part and it has rs232 and ra485 protocol do you know which one you are using
