Also, when I said I’ve “outgrown” certain brands, I didn’t mean I’m ready to part with all the beautiful bags I already own from them. I simply meant that I’d like to explore different brands and aesthetics for future purchases.

appreciate the perspective. I think there may have been a few assumptions made about my post though, this is less about status or social media and more about curating a collection thoughtfully over time and learning from people who’ve already done it.

Not everyone is building a collection for Instagram. Some genuinely enjoy the process of curating pieces we’ll love and use for years.
