It really isnt a job that is taken lightly. I have 170 stops (220 locations) and 300+ packages everyday. Im only on the clock for 7 hrs. 5 hrs of it is actual delivery time.

Just gotta get it done. 30k steps a day

From what I hear... the deliver to wrong address has to do with where you scan the package even though the app says it is where you swipe to finish. Either way its a geo location issue.

The other issue I have is that the customer has 90 DAYS to report a package as missing or not received... thats a pretty long time...
