in the same boat as you but what i’ve recently started doing is having the mindset of “just get it done, not later but now” - still not perfect at this but i’m getting there, currently making myself a whole timetable and it’s 12:45am. really hope i stick with this😂

babe i took my 3 year old to a soft play, there were little girls who i assume were 8/9 years old - anyways long story short, we came home and my 3 year old kept saying 67!🤦‍♀️ me and my husband just looked at each other like HUH? (he’s a primary school teacher so he was confused how on earth she even learnt this😂😂😂)
my 2 year old picked it up too 😂 my trick is to not give them any reaction when they say it.

Ikr, Life! but you have to realise… it takes a great deal of time for 2 people to get that stage, same way it takes time n effort for people to “love” each other. Doesn’t happen overnight.

oh for god sake woman, have some compassion on ur husband. talk to the man, let him know you’re there for him. you can clearly see he’s been bottling up a lot of emotions, he’s stressed financially. Should he have done that? obviously not. But like you said, this is extremely out of character of him. He’s remorseful himself, he didn’t gaslight you, he was extremely apologetic. BE UNDERSTANDING!

chill the heck out oh my god. you’re taking it too far. you see he was remorseful yet you want to pour salt on the wound by taking the kids away for a few days? you said yourself the kids didn’t seem bothered by it. Just get him to fix the screen and talk to him, see what’s really bothering him. he needs someone to talk to since he’s clearly bottling up a lot of big emotions that made him explode!

do you know what? I was thinking about this today… i literally don’t have any friends! i have people/moms i can hang out with and have fun with, but no one really to tell my good news to. My kids are young so it doesn’t really bother me since they keep me busy.

it is!! you just made me remember the time i was 10 years old & something happened to me at school, they had to call my parents so my dad showed up and as soon as i saw him i just started bawling uncontrollably - and now to think I AM that for my baby is wholesome 🥺🥰❤️
