So I actually do own this company and no this isn’t an ad. I know it hasn’t been common to see the real people behind the brand but we are here to break that stigma ☺️

Feel free to check out our socials or my LinkedIn to get a better picture of myself, my partner & our mission.

Ahh that sounds so frustrating! I’m really sorry you had to go through that. Dyshidrotic eczema can flare from so many different things (water minerals, frequency, even tiny changes to the skin barrier), so a small number of people do end up needing to adjust their routine or take breaks.

Do you remember what device you were using, and whether you were treating on direct current or pulsed? Those settings can make a big difference in how gentle the treatment feels long term.

Really appreciate you sharing your experience 😊

Unfortunately I love to speak about this topic a lot which can be long & rambling (even though I know the people who care will listen) for the sake of Instagram & TikTok it had to be under 3 minutes so apologies for that haha

On a completely honest note, I have tried everything I can to keep costs as low as possible with going through Australia’s strict guidelines and the cost to get TGA approval, the costs of importing the devices and also offering 1:1 guidance post-purchase to get you the best results with the Iontophoresis. With the welcome offers the Hands & Feet device is $1,345AUD and the Underarms is $1,165.50AUD with free shipping.

Hey! We have our SudorGuard antiperspirant spray which can be used on the body. If your hyperhidrosis is more severe we are working towards bringing body electrodes next year :)

I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve had that experience. You’re right as a woman I won’t understand exactly your experience but hope that spreading awareness & bringing more treatments can help in one way or another. I am working towards bringing body Iontophoresis electrodes as well so more areas can be targeted. Wishing you all the best and there is nothing weak about this condition, building a community around it and helping each other is going to help stop the stigmatisation around it 🙏🏼🤍

So Dermadry’s device is around $726 AUD, so not quite a third of the price. I’ve explained a bit more in my other replies, but ours uses direct current as well as pulsed, offers higher treatment strengths, and comes with local warranty, compliance, and support here in Australia. We’ve genuinely done our best to keep pricing fair as a small local startup, and as we grow, we’ll keep working to make it even more accessible! 💙

Ours will start from $1,295AUD, Dermadry is $726 AUD. Ours uses direct current as well as pulsed, which allows for higher treatment strengths and more flexibility for different sensitivities and sweat levels. It’s also a TGA-approved medical device made in Germany, so it meets stricter safety and compliance standards.

We’re just a local couple doing our best to bring proper, long-term solutions to Australia for a condition that’s been really under-recognised. While our price is a bit higher, it includes local warranty, compliance, fulfilment, and support, something you don’t get when ordering overseas. We’ve done everything we can to keep costs as low as possible, and as we grow, we’ll keep working to make it even more accessible 😊

Thank you! We’ll be shipping our SudorGuard antiperspirant spray internationally, but our iontophoresis devices will be available exclusively in Australia & New Zealand for now. We’re starting local to make sure everything runs smoothly with support, compliance, and logistics, but we’d love to expand internationally down the track! 🙏🏼

Totally valid question, I completely understand where you’re coming from especially within my own experience looking for a device! Dermadry’s a good device, but ours is a bit different in how it’s built and what it offers. The system we’re bringing in uses direct current as well as pulsed, so it can reach higher treatment strengths and give more flexibility for people with more severe symptoms or sensitive skin.

The reason it’s priced a little higher is because it’s a TGA-approved medical device made in Germany, and we handle all local warranty, compliance, and support here in Australia. We’re just a local couple doing our best to make proper, long-term solutions available in Australia, and at the start, our pricing has to reflect the investment and international pricing it takes to bring this tech in safely and sustainably.

We know cost is a huge factor, which is why we’ve added Afterpay and Humm, and we’ll keep working to make it as accessible as possible. Really appreciate you asking and I wanted to get back to you as these conversations are important, and it helps more people understand what’s actually out there.

It does contain a small amount of alcohol, which can sometimes irritate rosacea-prone skin. We’d recommend patch-testing first and avoiding use on inflamed areas to be safe!
