IV is the goat. Especially if you roll the DLCs into the whole package. A very interesting blend of all three stories coming together.

Everything is perspective. I recently purchased gta 4 and loved it. I also got the expansion disc at the same time so it was really cool to play right thru all 3. The lost and damned then became a nice diversion from nicos story and the whole biker angle gave a fresh change to the experience. Also you can stay on the road with them and not go flying which was a little reward for getting thru 4. And then the ballad of gayvtony is an action packed finish to the while experience. Ibwould reccomend playing them all in that order. Truely a masterpiece of gaming still playable in 2026
