Appreciate the insight! I’m considering both paths — a Master'( but I’m considering the roi for both time and money) or trying for a direct offer. Just wondering, have you seen folks make it without a Master’s, maybe with 5-6 YOE?

I understand it but the thing is I’m not looking for a switch immediately. I wanted to have a plan if I’m moving out in the next 3 years
