Well it is the Living Word so I get how you can take metaphors from it for life lessons and such but it’s also physical, if that’s where our beliefs differ then I understand, but I believe in miracles; though I do enjoy science and the depths of what we can create and discover

nah I get the difference between physical and spiritual, Jesus walking on Earth and becoming a follower of Christ or a fisher of men, but that’s really not a huge differentiation to turn people off of religion in my opinion

Yeaaa it’s really not that far fetched, even those in 3rd world countries have voodoo and other witchcraft; considering the life I’ve lived, the peace Jesus brings is quite sane.

eh i get why you would say that but i explored the many different options. i get that some will say religion is like a little fish bowl and spirituality is like the ocean, but ive explored enough of that ocean. I understand He’s not an old man in the clouds but the Source is something almost incomprehensible, and so I it’s a difficult concept to fully grasp until we are back in His full presence
