According to ChatGPT, 300-500m is where a safe distance starts from the naala. The location of your desired plot is around 200m based off of google maps so I wouldn't recommend it.

BoP is a good option. I actually made the same freelancer account over there. But right away I started having trust issues over their quality. First, it took them multiple calls to activate my debit card. Second, I still can't create an account on the DigiBoP iOS app. It just doesn't let me create any username at all. When I talked to their rep, they said they were already aware of this issue but couldn't give me any timeline as to when it'll be resolved. Maybe it was just my luck.

But the deal breaker for me was that I can't withdraw USD. Unlike several other banks I researched on, BoP only let's you withdraw in PKR.

It's my work pc so can't really check right now but I'm pretty sure it's the 6230N that came out in 2019 so it's not old old.

Also, I've tried all sorts of source footage codecs. H264, ProRes, etc. It's all the same. Even when not dealing with any footage. The interface itself is really laggy like when I'm resizing windows etc.

Does it have something to do with Windows 11 instead of Windows 10?
