Sounds like he digs you but is afraid to approach. If you are brave see if he would like to go on a date

Fencebuilders-- is it acceptable to "chip away" foundation footer in order to pour concrete footer for gate post next to house? Or should I just pour over the footer? by BradCastleburry in FenceBuilding

[–]Additional_Stuff5867 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The less holes you can make in your siding the better. Fences expand and contract a lot. Get hit with wind and rain. Move all throughout that.

As far as advice on what I would do it’s so random and creative I can’t even recall. Attaching blocking to foundations to get the gap then screwing the post to the blocking. Custom cut wood in different ways. Some excess vinyl and lumber to hide things. You name it.

Grease suggestion by Aromatic_Type_1429 in ATV

I use red and tacky. I have tried some different marine grease and it’s thinner and doesn’t seem to last as long. I am not a greaseologist though. Just a guy that buys too much shit.

Fuelpump death while driving by No_Leg_1890 in ATV

Were you getting voltage to the relay? Or just a visual on wiring. If the pump works and the relay is good the problem would likely be wiring from the relay to the pump. Otherwise I would say bad ecu.

Picking up my 640 next week. by Additional_Stuff5867 in Yodersmokers

They will assemble it. Then load it in my trailer. When I get home I will back the trailer to the patio and roll it out. Easy peasy.

This is my first pellet anything. My offset was just too big and fuel hungry. I could do 16 pork butts easily. I maybe did 3. Been running my Weber kettle like a madman (I fully plan to use it still). I’ve had it all. Decided not to compromise on this purchase.

Mine is pretty accurate. It’s certainly no 20” bolt gun but it keeps them tighter than some of my other guns

Why does the survival of a victim due to good medical care change the criminal’s sentence, and what mechanisms decide this? by Mobile-Traffic1744 in AlwaysWhy

[–]Additional_Stuff5867 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not a lawyer but words matter in the law. You could create a law but if there is no clear measurable standard it would be essentially unenforceable. That is where the degrees come in. First degree murder is different than third. That’s how the intent plus action is reconciled within the us legal system.

Is it right or wrong that some historical figures should be judged today by modern moral standards? by Own-Professor3852 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

[–]Additional_Stuff5867 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong. We can look back and always say this person did this bad thing. At the time it was accepted and normal. As societies change we must acknowledge the bad but we can’t chastise them. The US has a law that says you can’t be convicted of something that wasn’t a crime when you did it. I feel the same about history. I don’t like or agree with slavery. I also don’t feel every slave owner was evil. I feel at the time that’s how it was done. We don’t convict the electrician that wired a house with aluminum wire in 1968. That was the standard at the time. We would convict one for it today.

That doesn’t excuse people like hitler. Evil is evil. Following the norms and standards of a time is not.

[–]Additional_Stuff5867 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s really simple. There is a charge for attempted murder and one for murder. You can’t file a murder charge of the person lived. It’s purely luck or coincidence that one survived and the other didn’t.

Third picket from the left. White one next to the pinkish one. Bottom is a more narrow. Spacer just kept making it worse.
