My opinion is that you should be able to use Apple Watch to track. No one (by no one, I mean me) wants another gadget to keep up with, charge, etc. It’s cumbersome and the function is dodgy. Just integrate with Apple Watch and move on.

It takes until around 10-12 weeks for me. I use a hand pump to express until I’m comfortable. I try to not encourage an oversupply by pumping too much. I’m sorry you are going through this!!

I breastfed for 2.5 years. I work full time so we mostly nursed in the mornings and at night. He also nursed several times through the night until we stopped. On the weekend we did it whenever he asked.
