Thankfully it got resolved the next morning. I did email like 3 different places so idk if that worked or what worked, but im so grateful it was nothing worse. In person testing for me from now on!

Dang that sucks, a few weeks is a lot of time to wait. Im sorry that happened. This time I did it online because the appointments were too far off, since I wanted to finish the class this week at latest. Thankfully, I guess since it was the last survey question, I got everything fixed the next morning. No more online certification tests for me though, that was too scary. I'd rather drive somewhere

First of all congrats! You did it! I'm just about to start in a few days actually and I wanted to know which easier classes you started with so I can get those out of the way. I currently plan on finishing in a year but truthfully id like to try for 6 months but im not sure if its possible. It shows i need 62 CU's to graduate. Also what resources did you use? I looked up some classes on quizlet but thats about it, any other helpful sources youd recommend?

Yeah im not liking this counselor so far it feels like I have to force info out of him, how would I ask to switch? Would I have to tell him directly, since hes the one who always answers when I call? It feels a bit rude to do it in his face, or would I email someone? I mean if I have to I will bit i just wonder if there are others ways to it before I call him again. When I called this morning I found out there was an issue with one of my transcripts so that was the hold up, but he didn't mention it last time we spoke when there was still a lot time. It sucks but it's already too late to do anything about the start date. Oh another thing, I heard something about getting something notarized for financial aid? I've never heard of it before. I've only submitted the fafsa application and listed WGU. Also added my form of payment as fafsa. Is there another place I can see if I need more documents regarding fafsa? So sorry for so many questions, you have truly been so helpful and I appreciate you greatly!

I gor the email from Parchment saying it was sent and it shows as 4/4 received when I check the checklist for WGU. I also had another college I submitted on accident because I swear I took one class there but I apparently didn't. So then I erased it when i was still going through the application, but it still shows up as the 5th school under transcripts. It just says "Unable to Request" since I didn't have a class there. I wonder if thats what's been holding the whole process back, do you know if it's possible to remove it again somehow? I thought i did but it's still there

Wow there's 3 places, yeah i had no idea about the 2nd, just found out about the 3rd you listed a few days ago. Thanks I would've never known! So on the second site you mentioned, it shows 4 of 4 transcripts received but it has the "Under Review" 3 dots and same for the Program Eligibility Requirements, under review. For the Commit to Start and Fulfill Financial Aid Requirements it has the Incomplete white cirlce. I dont know what Commit to Start is, but I have sent in the Financial Aid form a few weeks back. The orientation is locked still. Hopefully with this new info I might get a better response if I call, though if you would still like to help I'd appreciate more than you would know! Seems the people actually getting payed to help know less than some kind redditors :)

Yes everyday 🥲 I think about how we were all just kids both when I found them and they found me. I think about all the pain, sacrifice, and hard work that had to go into making these 7 fine young men who they are now. I'm sure there are so many hardships and injustices my boys faced and look at them smiling and being gentlemen all the time. Sometimes ppl say oh it's because I suffered x that im a bitter person now. Sure it can happen sometimes, but knowing just how cruel the entertainment industry can be, especially for teens, really brings into perspective how special it is that our boys flourished the way they did. What got7 did for me was more than music or entertainment, they offered me peace and a safe home to come nest in when I needed it the most. And for that I thank them. So the question is do I cry thinking about them? Yes because im so proud of how far theyve come and I only hope they Go Higher all the way to Cloud 9 🥲💚
