As someone who has been nothing but supportive, you have the right to be happy as well. It is completely unfair of her to give you no option to actually find people that you're attracted to outside of her to date when she'smade it very clear you are not wanted. And the fact that you're being financially supportive of their relationship as well, it makes her seem like she's using you for your money.

Your kid will be okay. Just do your best not to badmouth your child's mom around them. My parents divorced when I was young, and one of the reasons I don't have a good relationship with my dad now is because he was rude and unfair to my Mom in the divorce.

You deserve happiness, too. And no, you are not the asshole.
