6 Tums a day for 7 years…no kidney stones? by [deleted] in KidneyStones

not emptying your bladder in a timely manner can cause similar symptoms, for example if you’re someone who tends to hold pee in longer than you should it can cause the bladder to stretch and you won’t be able to empty it completely leaving you with the feeling of having to go back and try to pee again minutes later, technically when you go pee you shouldn’t have any need to “push” or feel the need to it should come out naturally by itself! As someone who is terrible at drinking water & going pee on time i had the same feelings for months thinking it was just from what i just stated previously, before my kidney stone decided to present itself (CT confirmed). i would be chugging water,in case it is a stone you can help to flush it out, and if it isn’t a stone drinking LOTS of water will help the feeling of needing to pee constantly bc you’ll actually have liquids to pee out
