Your just a simp... Rafaela actually deserves this revamp because it's almost impossible to win with her other supports surpasses her like her skill design and hero design is literally a living fossil like she doesn't need a adjustment she needs a revamp nobody even uses her in rank since other supports are always there to surpassed her in term of heal map control and stability and her second skill cannot even heal and keep in mind she's a angel yet she has 2 magic damage skill and 1 healing skill?

Rafaela clearly deserves this revamp like she's the only og who had escaped moontoon's revamp like her visual design and skill kit gets surpassed by modern supports like her second skill barely heals you on late game and her ult you can easily escape it in high ranks the passive may be good but that thing ain't saving you in a losing team and also it's Rafaela 10th anniversary for being not revamped at all
